Your Stay Supports Sooke

We are owned & operated by the Sooke Community Association (SCA). As a non-profit organization, the proceeds from your camping fees support the Sooke Community Hall, the Art Morris Park, and much more. Thank you!

Campsites / Cabins

  • Non-Service $35.00 
  • 15 AMP + Water $40.00 
  • 30 AMP + Water $45.00 
  • 50 AMP + Water $50.00  
  • 30 AMP + Water + Sewer $55.00  (1 site only)
  • One Rustic Cabin $55.00 – 2-day cabin rental minimum
  • Two Larger Rustic Cabins $75.00 – 2-day cabin rental minimum

Additional Costs 

  • Showers- $1 (loonies only; $1 for 5 min)
  • Firewood- $10/bundle
  • Ice – $4.00 (no GST)
  • Pet Charges- Maximum 2 dogs. Free for campers, $25.00 for cabins.
  • Early check in – $10.00 (depending on availability)
  • Late check out- $10.00 with checkout no later than 3 pm. After 3 pm overnight charges will apply. (depending on availability).
  • Boats/utility trailers – $5.00/night.

Rates:  The rates for each site are per sleeping unit for one family (2 adults + children) or up to 4 adults; additional guests are charged extra. One RV or tent per campsite, any additional units pay an additional full rate per day and must be approved by the office.

Each site is designated for one RV and one vehicle; maximum two vehicles if they fit within your specific site, not encroaching on the campground road or your neighbor’s site.

Boats will have to be approved by the office and parked at all times at the visitor’s parking area. 


Private Event Rentals (In between hours 11 AM – 7 PM)

  • Club House – $TBD per day
  • Kitchen – $TBD per day – This is a sheltered building with a freezer and fridge. It has a long serving area.
  • A locked building used to store and set up food & equipment for events. – $TBD per day
  • Flats Grounds $TBD per day – This includes the grounds and event area.
  • Flats Grounds $TBD per day – This includes the grounds, stage, kitchen and locked storage building.

Day Use for Non-Campers

  • Sani-dump & water – $10.00
  • Day use $2.00 per person (picnic (in picnic area only), fishing, small boat launch…)
